Terms of Service
These terms apply to every purchase and every use of Colorware, whether you bought it here or from a verified reseller. By buying a key or running the software you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
Colorware is a Windows application that adjusts the colour and light of the picture on your screen. A purchase gives you a licence key, not ownership of the software. The licence is personal, non-transferable and limited to the duration you paid for: seven days for a weekly key, or the lifetime of the product for a lifetime key. "Lifetime" means for as long as Colorware is maintained and sold, not for the lifetime of the buyer.
2. Keys and devices
A key is bound to the first PC that launches Colorware with it. Keys are issued to one person and may not be shared, lent, resold or given away. If a key is found in use on more than one device, or circulating publicly, it is revoked without refund.
3. What you may not do
- Share, resell or redistribute keys or the software. Only the resellers listed on this site are authorised to sell Colorware.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or tamper with the software, the loader or the licence check.
- Use the software to break the rules of any game, service or platform. You are responsible for how you use it and for any consequences from a game publisher or anti-cheat provider.
- Open a payment dispute or chargeback instead of contacting support. Disputed payments result in the key being revoked.
4. No warranty
Colorware is provided as is. We do not promise that it will work with every game, display, driver or Windows build, that it will be free of errors, or that it will remain compatible with any third-party software. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible to Facepunch Studios, Rust, Steam or any anti-cheat provider.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from Colorware is limited to the amount you paid for your key. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost data, lost game accounts, bans or downtime.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. See the refund policy.
7. Ending the agreement
We may revoke a key and refuse future sales if these terms are broken. You may stop using Colorware at any time; nothing is owed back.
8. Changes
These terms may change. The date above shows the current version. Continuing to use Colorware after a change means you accept the new terms.
